Based on her latest book, The Intention Experiment, and an ongoing global laboratory testing the power of group thoughts, best-selling author Lynne McTaggart guides us to use our intentions to improve our life, help others around us, and change the world.
We learn:
- How to harmonize our thoughts with the natural forces around us and manifest our intentions
- To become aware of unconscious intentions and shape them into a positive force
- How thoughts flow "backward" and "forward" in time
- How to ward off unwanted influence in our life
- To train our body to follow mental instructions
- What happens to us when we send a thought to someone
- Techniques used by intention masters to maximize our ability to change the world and our life
We also have opportunities to participate in exercises and experiments with McTaggart to discover the extraordinary influence of our thoughts on our everyday life, ways we can use thoughts as a tool in our relationships, and how to be more mindful of what we are thinking at every moment.
