Core Staff: Core staff support Omega in a variety of managerial and administrative positions. These are year-round, salaried jobs with benefits. Core staff live off campus.

Temporary/Hourly Staff: Temporary/hourly staff support Omega in a variety of administrative tasks for an hourly wage. These positions do not include benefits. Temporary/hourly staff live off campus.

Seasonal Staff: We hire over 200 positions each year to help run Omega's campus. Our season runs from April through October and positions run anywhere from 7 weeks to 7 months. The jobs consist of basic work such as housekeeping, dishwashing and food service. Staff live on campus and receive room/board and, in some cases, a small stipend.

Omega Wellness Center - Provider Application: Each season we look for qualified and skilled individuals interested in spending time at Omega and working in our Wellness Center. Our Center offers a variety of services and we welcome applications from professional individuals who match our skill set needs. We look for those who are dedicated to the work they do and who are flexible, committed, and interested in being a part of a team. We begin contacting applicants in January and continue throughout the season, dependent on our hiring need.

Omega Teen Camp, Holmes, New York

Every summer during July and August Omega Teen Camp, located in Holmes, New York, offers a program designed to help teenagers gain personal power and increase self-esteem while developing deep and lasting friendships.
