We offer a variety of workshops, conferences, retreats, and professional trainings in wellness and personal growth at our beautiful 195-acre campus in Rhinebeck, New York, as well as in cities nationwide and at retreat centers in California, and Costa Rica.

Omega Institute Rhinebeck, New York
Attend a workshop, conference, or R&R retreat at our home campus in Rhinebeck, New York in the heart of the beautiful Hudson Valley from April through October each year.

Costa Rica
Omega offers personal growth workshops at the Blue Spirit Retreat in Costa Rica each winter.

New York City Conferences and Events
Each year we present a variety of conferences and events in New York City or other locations throughout the country.

California
Omega offers a professional training program in mindfulness-based stress reduction at the Mount Madonna Center in California each winter.

Teen Camp
Omega offers a summer camp for teens. Situated on 450 acres of green rolling hills and lush wooded terrain, just 90 minutes north of New York City in Holmes, NY
